This Week in Nursery: ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’

This week we have been looking at the book ‘The Tiger Who Came To Tea’ – inquiring about the characters and looking at what happens in the story.

Little Birds spoke about their family members after we met Mummy, Daddy and the little girl Sophie in the story.

We made collages of tigers by selecting our own textured resources. We also drew pictures of tigers using crayons. {Expressive Arts and Design}.

To encourage our imaginative skills some of us acted out parts of the story using props in the home area as well as small resources.

We learnt some songs and rhymes about Tigers.
