Little Birds have been looking at the story ‘The Rainbow Fish’ and inquiring about friendships.
We have been speaking about sharing and being kind to others, developing our personal, social and emotional development.
We all enjoyed collaging fish shapes with shiny, textured resources, working on our creative skills. Our key workers encouraged us to make our own choices and be independent.
We have also been matching fish in the water tray and reflecting on the story as we played in the water tray.
Little Birds worked together to make up our own story about the sea animals and rainbow fish using our imagination.
We loved singing the songs “We Are Friends Together”, “Let’s Be Friends” and “1,2,3,4,5 Once I Caught A Fish Alive.”
