The Three Little Pigs

A Dartford Primary Nursery student is shown decorating a house for the Three Little Pigs.

The children have been reading the story The Three Little Pigs.

We talked about the different houses the pigs built.

Together, we decorated our own house with straw, sticks and bricks to represent the houses from the story.

Team Work!

Together, we worked as a team to build a tower out of bricks. We counted how many we could build before the wolf blew them down.

It was difficult to keep the bricks steady.

The children used their imagination skills to act out the story in the tuff tray.

We remembered repeated phrases from the story.

“Little pig, let me come in”

“Not by the hairs of my chinny chin chin”
