Supporting Charities

As you are aware, it can seem as if there is an abundance of charity appeals asking for money. This year we have tried to support events that have meaning to families at this school.
During the school year 2017-18 we will be supporting the following charity events:
Jeans for Genes Friday 22nd September 2017
The money raised today funds a range of initiatives that improve the quality of life for children affected by genetic disorders.
Children can wear jeans or another item of denim clothing to school along with their school jumper or cardigan for a suggested £1 donation.
This year we raised £391. Thank you to everyone who supported this worthwhile charity.
